Accounting Executive

JOB Duties

Responsible for both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), with the following duties:

• Record daily accounting transactions
• Verify accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and related documents
• Verify tax reports and prepare PP.30 and PP.36 tax returns
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and petty cash
• Prepare data and documents for monthly and annual financial closing
• Coordinate with external accounting firms and relevant departments
• Systematically file accounting documents, ready for audit
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned

Salary Starting at 20,000 THB or negotiable (depends on experience)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field.
• 0-5 years of accounting experience, fresh graduates are welcome
• Female age not over 35 years old
• Knowledge of accounting, taxation, and relevant accounting standards
• Microsoft Office skills
• Intermediate English skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Meticulous, responsible, diligent, patient, and honest
• Strong ability to analyze and solve accounting issues effectively
• Logistics experience is an advantage
