Accounting Executive

We are a fast growing professional accounting firm looking for experienced accounting/auditing/tax professionals to join our office in Penang to further expand our team. The candidate will be responsible for, amongst others, the following:

1. Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure compliance with both statutory and clients' timelines.
2. Providing bookkeeping / accounting and financial reporting services
3. Preparing full sets of accounts using accounting software such as Xero, Quickbooks Online and Million.
4. Preparing income tax computation and tax returns
5. Other professional services where required
6. Other administrative matters, where required

Job requirements

• Experience in professional accounting / auditing / tax firms preferred.

• Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is an added advantage.

• Proactive and committed. Good team player.

• Ability to communicate well with clients, colleagues and partners.

• Possess initiative & ability to work and learn independently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
