Accounting Executive

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the Revenue Summary of the company
• Maintain daily accounting duties, including account receivable and payable
• Liaise with external customers for account receivable settlement
• Prepare monthly aging reconciliation and issue customers’ statement
• Responsible to prepare AP, AR, general ledger, and month-end closing.
• Perform ad hoc duties and assignment as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting Studies.
• At least 3 years related experiences, logistic industry experience is highly preferred
• High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experience in SAP would be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and multi-tasking management
• Self-motivated, detailed-mind, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate Available is highly preferred
