Accounting Executive

We are looking for a

Senior Accounts Executive

to manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, reconciliation, month-end closing and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

activities.

Process and verify purchase and sales invoices, including PO/GRN matching.

Maintain and reconcile

vendor and customer accounts

.

Perform

bank and payment reconciliation

and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare journal entries, accruals, adjustments and support

month-end closing

.

Monitor AR ageing and follow up on outstanding payments.

Support

GST/VAT and withholding tax

preparation and compliance.

Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.

Prepare accounting reports and schedules for management.

Support

internal and external audits

.

Handle accounting-related queries from vendors and customers.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in

Accounting, Finance or related field

.

Relevant experience in

AP, AR and account reconciliation

.

Good knowledge of accounting principles and month-end closing.

Experience with accounting software and MS Excel.

Knowledge of

GST/VAT and withholding tax

is an advantage.

Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
