Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processes, including payment preparation and execution.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules.
• Input and maintain accurate financial records in SAP.
• Prepare and submit payment applications, bank documentation, and KYC-related forms through manual and e-banking platforms.
• Maintain and update internal databases and financial records.
• Prepare regular reports and presentation materials for stakeholders.
• Process expense claims and reimbursement reports.
• Organise, maintain, store, and retrieve company documents as required.
• Respond to accounting and administrative queries from managers and employees.
• Support accounting operations for subsidiaries and affiliated companies.
• Assist the Accounting Manager with daily accounting and finance activities.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with exposure to Accounts Payable and General Ledger functions, including payment processing, reconciliations, and schedule preparation.
• Experience using SAP or similar accounting software.
• Ability to support the Accounting Manager in daily accounting operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
