Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting, and finance operations for a portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules, while maintaining proper financial records and documentation
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, general ledger maintenance, month-end closing, and year-end reporting activities
• Perform financial and operational analysis—including revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, project performance, and profitability analysis—to identify trends, risks, variances, and key business performance drivers
• Support accounting and tax consulting activities for a diverse range of clients
• Help dynamic clients evaluate risks surrounding internal controls over operations, financial reporting, and compliance
• Conduct detailed analysis of financial and operational data, including revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, project performance, and profitability, to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions
• Support business development functions by organizing client data, updating CRM systems, and assisting in the preparation of background materials for the client engagement team

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• A recognized degree in Accountancy, professional accounting qualifications, or a degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent)
• Ability to adapt to unexpected changes in timelines, deadlines, and scope of work
