Accounting / Expenses & Warehouse Controller

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant – Expenses & Warehouse Coordinator to support our marine support company, specializing in A/C and refrigeration systems and general ship supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Recording and monitoring company expenses, invoices and supporting documents.

• Supporting day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.

• Monitoring warehouse stock movements, receipts and deliveries.

• Maintaining accurate records and performing basic reconciliations.

• Coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.

• Supporting the accounting and warehouse functions as required.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma or relevant studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills.

• Good command of English.

• Previous work experience is not required.
