* Oversee the overall accounting and finance functions of the organization.
* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Manage and lead the accounting team.
* Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
* Collaborate with management on strategic decisions to support business growth and operational efficiency.
* Process accurate and timely payroll, including timekeeping, payroll computations, statutory deductions, and preparation of payroll reports.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
