Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
Certified Public Accountant
At least 3-5 years of accounting experience
Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Experience in hospital or healthcare accounting is an advantage
Strong Knowledge of Philippines Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations
Familiarity with government reporting requirements (BIR,SSS,Philhealth, and other regulatory agencies)
Proficient in accounting software, ERP Systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong presentation and communication skills
High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
