What they need
Accounting Supervisor – Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in restaurant operations
At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role
Strong experience in preparing and analyzing P&L is required
Experience in general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good leadership and communication skills
Able to meet deadlines and work independently
