Accounting Intern- 4 months

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist with accounts payable/receivable: verifying invoices, preparing payment documents, tracking outstanding balances

·       Check, organize, and file supporting documents (invoices, receipts, payment vouchers) to ensure accuracy and completeness

·       Reconcile bank statements and account balances against the general ledger

·       Assist with preparing tax documents (VAT/PP30, withholding tax certificates, PND forms) for submission

·       Support month-end and year-end closing tasks

·       Help prepare documents for internal and external audits

·       Maintain proper filing and archiving of accounting records per company standards

·       Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

·       Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, 3rd-4th year, majoring in Accounting

·       Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and Thai accounting standards

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

·       Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible

·       Able to commit to full-time internship for 3-4 months
