What they need
- Vendor Management & Maintain Vendor registration process.
- Prepare Sales Invoice and work order report.
- Maintain petty cash.
- Ensuring that office facilities are available all the time like Office stationery, drinking water, cleaning material etc
- Preparing visiting card/ employee icard for new joinees.
- Assist in travel arrangement for employees.
- Receiving and Sending all the couriers and keeping track of it.
- Any other work given by management from time to time.
- Passing accounting entries in Zoho book entries.
- Booking Supplier Invoice in Zoho book .
- Preparing Payments of Vendors in Bank.
- Assist in Audits of company.
- Filing of Documents in Files .
- Handling Repairs and maintenance
