Accounting Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Accounting Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in accounting and finance. The intern will work closely with the accounting team and assist with basic accounting records, document checking, sales and income reports, invoices, payments, and general accounting administration. This is a learning and support role. Training and guidance will be provided, and no previous working experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily accounting and financial transactions.
• Assist with sales, ticketing, cashier, and income reports.
• Handle invoices, billing, payments, and accounts follow up.
• Support refund processing, bank records, and payment verification.
• Use accounting systems, spreadsheets, and office systems to update financial data.
• Ensure all accounting tasks are completed accurately and within the required timeline.

About you

• Currently pursuing Diploma, TVET certification, accounting related qualification, or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Detail oriented, responsible, organized, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Willing to follow company procedures, statutory obligations, and accounting documentation requirements.
