Accounting Intern

Job Description – Finance Intern - Thailand We’re looking for a Finance Intern to bring your talent to Noventiq Thailand. You’ll be part Finance and Accounting team!

Job Overview This role provides support to the Finance and Accounting Department by aiding daily operational accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

What You’ll Do

• Invoice scanning and renaming.
• Sending invoice soft copies to customers.
• Sending hard copy invoices to customers.
• Sending two-week payment reminder emails (initial email thread).
• Document filing and record management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or any other related field.
• Knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets).
• Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical error.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Requirements

• Must have a personal laptop.
• Available to work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
