Accounting - INTERN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to support the accounting team with daily financial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Encode and maintain accurate financial records and transactions.
• Process invoices, receipts, payment requests, and other accounting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring.
• Support bank and account reconciliations and verify financial records.
• Prepare basic accounting reports, schedules, and documentation.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital accounting files.
• Assist in monitoring expenses and supporting month-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and vendors regarding accounting-related documents.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Key Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to learn, take initiative, and work with minimal supervision.
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
