About the Internship

As a growing international designer brand operating across DTC, wholesale, and global markets, we are looking for a Long-Term Accounting Intern to join our Finance team.

This internship is designed for final-year university students who are eager to gain practical experience in accounting and finance while working in a fast-growing international fashion brand. Throughout the internship, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to daily finance operations, and gain exposure to real business processes.

This is an unpaid internship. Transportation and meal expenses will be covered throughout the internship period.

Successful interns will be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion of the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department
• Organize and maintain physical and digital archives of invoices, delivery notes, and commercial documents
• Assist with month-end and period-end closing processes
• Support accounting entries and help ensure data accuracy
• Track and download documents through e-Invoice, e-Archive, and e-Delivery Note portals
• Assist with bank reconciliations and accounts receivable/payable reconciliations
• Prepare and update Excel reports for financial reporting and analysis
• Support document flow with external accountants, banks, and official institutions
• Assist with additional accounting and finance projects assigned by the team

Requirements

• Currently in the final year or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Available to work on-site 3 or 4 days per week
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Eager to learn and develop professionally
• Able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
• Previous accounting coursework is a plus
