Accounting Intern

We are looking for an Accounting Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations.

As an Accounting Intern, your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Assist with daily accounting operations, including data entry and recording financial transactions.
• Support the preparation and processing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable activities and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain and update accounting systems, spreadsheets, and financial records.
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of basic financial reports and schedules.
• Organize and maintain accounting documents in physical and digital files.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary financial information and supporting documents.
• Assist in audit preparation by compiling required documents and schedules.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of accounting records.
• Perform other accounting-related and administrative tasks as assigned by the Accounting Executive or Finance Manager.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, or a related course.
• Required to complete an internship/practicum as part of the academic curriculum.
• Willing to render a minimum of 300 internship hours.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Pay: Php4,000.00 - Php5,000.00 per month
