Accounting Intern

• Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining financial records and accounting documents
• Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems or spreadsheets
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including checking invoices, preparing vouchers, and monitoring payments
• Assist in bank reconciliation and monitoring of company expenses
• Help prepare financial reports, summaries, and other accounting-related documents
• Organize and file accounting records, receipts, invoices, and other confidential documents
• Coordinate with other departments regarding billing, payments, and document requests
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and email correspondence
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and records
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the Head

Qualifications:

• Currently taking up or recently completed a degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related course

• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Must render a minimum of 400 internship hours

• with allowance (50 a day)

• Office located: iL Centro Mall, G38 Ground Flr. Cainta, Rizal (Near LRT 2 Marikina Station)

• Start on 3rd week of October 2026
