Accounting Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining accounting and financial documents.
• Support data entry and the preparation of accounting records.
• Assist in checking and organizing invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other supporting documents.
• Help ensure the proper documentation and safekeeping of financial records.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Must be required to complete an internship or On-the-Job Training (OJT) as part of the academic curriculum.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
