Accounting Intern

• Assist with recording and organizing financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and reports.
• Assist in checking invoices, receipts, and other financial records.
• Perform data entry and support daily accounting tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Bachelor of Science in Financial Management 3rd or 4th year student or related course
• Organized, responsible, trustworthy, and willing to learn.
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Familiar with recording financial transactions and preparing accounting documents.
• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.
• Familiar with organizing receipts, vouchers, invoices, and other financial records.
• Basic knowledge of bank reconciliation and financial statement preparation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications.
• Detail-oriented in checking figures, verifying transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
• Committed to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.
