Position: Accounting Intern

Working hours: Full-time or Part-time (flexible according to class schedule)

Work location: 147 Nguyễn Văn Hưởng, An Khánh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Internship duration: Minimum 3 months

1. Job Description

The intern will be guided and involved in both accounting and import–export tasks as follows:

1.1. Accounting Tasks

• Support issuing VAT invoices and export invoices
• Assist with social insurance procedures, including employee changes, sick leave, maternity benefits, and related documentation
• Enter accounting data into the Fast software system
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager

1.2. Import–Export Documentation

• Check and prepare import–export document sets, including:
• Sales Contract
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading
• Certificate of Origin (C/O)
• Phytosanitary and fumigation certificates
• Customs declaration
• Track and update shipment schedules, coordinating with carriers, forwarders, and shipping lines

2. Requirements

• Third or final-year student majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Careful, honest, willing to learn, and responsible at work
• Proficient in office software, especially Excel
• Experience with Fast software is a plus
• Knowledge of import–export documentation is an advantage
