Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented students to join our Accounting Department as intern. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in accounting operations and exposure to real-world business processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recording and organizing accounting documents and transactions.
• Prepare, scan, and file invoices, receipts, and other financial records.
• Perform data entry and maintain accounting spreadsheets.
• Support accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and report preparation.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently a graduating student taking up BS Accountancy, Accounting Information System, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related courses.
• Must be required by the school to complete internship/OJT hours.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on-site at EDSA Quezon City.
