Accounting Internship (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions accurately using QuickBooks Online

• Perform general bookkeeping and administrative support tasks

• Help organize and maintain financial documents and records

• Assist in accounts payable and receivable tracking

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve missing or unclear financial data

• Ensure accuracy in data entry and compliance with basic accounting standards

• Assist in preparing simple financial reports as needed

• Learn and apply US accounting processes under supervision

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in progress (Accounting, Finance, or related field), final year student awaiting graduation

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping

• Academic experience in accounting software (QuickBooks Online is a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions
