Accounting Inventory Auditor

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify inventory records and transactions.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and compare actual inventory with recorded quantities.
• Check inventory receipts, releases, transfers, and adjustments.
• Identify and investigate differences between physical inventory and accounting records.
• Review inventory-related documents such as purchase orders, delivery receipts, invoices, and other supporting documents.
• Prepare inventory reconciliation and discrepancy reports.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and accounting teams regarding inventory concerns.
• Ensure that inventory transactions are properly recorded and supported by complete documents.
• Monitor inventory movements and assist in identifying incorrect or unusual transactions.
• Perform other accounting and inventory-related tasks as assigned.

Work Arrangement

• 2 days office-based – handling accounting records, reports, documentation, and inventory reconciliation.
• 3 days warehouse/field work – conducting physical inventory counts, checking inventory, and verifying warehouse records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related course.
• With experience in inventory auditing, accounting, or inventory control is preferred.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and inventory processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to perform warehouse and field work 3 days per week.
• Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
