Accounting Junior - Trainee

Location: Lei Tak Fung Textile and Garment (Thailand) Co., Ltd.,

6th Floor, The Commercial Building No. 10/1 Nonsi Road, Chong Nonsi, Yannawa, Bangkok 10120

Responsibilities:

1. Handle full set of books and transactions of various scales to cooperate with group companies and overseas offices independently, ensuring compliance with Thai accounting standards, revenue codes, and Group policies
2. Operate bank transactions, overseas payments and receipts and banking facilities in Thai and international standards
3. Manage daily accounting work of accounting journal entries, accounting vouchers and filing
4. Prepare month-end closing and monthly financial report for top management’s review and to complete and submit for closing of financial statement yearly end financial statements for statutory and taxation purpose. Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents throughout the process
5. Prepare output and input VAT report including (PP30, PP36)
6. Prepare withholding tax forms (PND 3, 53, 54)
7. Prepare information for income tax return (PND 50, 51) and all sorts of tax filing
8. Payroll calculation and personal VAT / Social Security submission (SSO preparation and submission)
9. Participate in works assigned by Group Management

Qualifications:

1. Education: Vocational Certificate (V.C.), Associate's Degree (A.D.), or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
2. New graduate with proficiency in English and great character and appreciation to learn different countries’ practice is also welcome
3. On job training for all around exposure for future development of this career path
4. Accounting University Degree with eligibility to obtain CPD license within 1 or 2 years to assist CPD license holder
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
6. Knowledge in TAS (Thailand Accounting Standard)
7. Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
8. Communication in English
