Accounting Manager / Assistant Accounting Manager

This role provides an exceptional platform for growth-oriented professionals to drive cross-border financial operations and regional management. The position will be offered as Assistant Accounting Manager or Accounting Manager, depending on the candidate's experience and seniority.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or supervise the end-to-end regional financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and management reporting processes for overseas subsidiaries
• Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards, disclosure requirements, and top-tier corporate governance frameworks
• Harmonize cross-border financial practices, efficiently navigating GAAP differences between Hong Kong and other regional jurisdictions
• Act as a strategic financial partner to management and regional operation teams, providing data-driven decision support and commercial analysis
• Drive financial alignment, workflow standardization, and internal control enhancements across different business units
• Assist in or spearhead high-impact financial analysis, business evaluations, and other strategic corporate assignments
• Orchestrate annual budgeting processes, rolling forecasting cycles, and deliver deep-dive variance investigations to senior leadership
• Monitor regional cash flow, liquidity buffers, and capital efficiency to support market expansion
• Review and refine credit risk frameworks tailored for high-volume consumer and service markets

About you

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Fully qualified accountant with HKICPA / ACCA (or equivalent professional status)
• Minimum 6 years of solid accounting experience for Assistant Manager level or 8 years for Manager level, with prior supervisory or managerial exposure
• Experience in multi-site operations, consumer-facing industries, hospitality, service sectors, or fast-paced regional environments
• Solid knowledge of group consolidation, regional taxation frameworks, and internal control compliance
• Exceptional analytical mind with a precise eye for data trends and robust financial modeling capabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-regional stakeholders
• Complete fluency in Cantonese (both spoken and written), alongside professional English and Mandarin
