Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes

• Manage general accounting functions (GL, AR, AP, reconciliations)

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/PSAK)

• Support financial modeling for business initiatives

• Monitor and manage company cash flow

• Oversee payments, collections, and overall fund management

• Ensure optimal use of financial resources and cost control

• Supervise tax calculations and filings (VAT, income tax, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial laws

• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants

• Develop and implement financial policies and SOPs

• Identify and mitigate financial risk

• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

• Support business expansion and operational efficiency initiatives

• Lead and manage the accounting & finance team

• Develop team capabilities and performance

• Conduct regular performance evaluations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
