• Serve as the key stakeholder for SAP Finance operations, including user support, issue resolution, system testing, and process optimization
• Act as the finance representative in SAP upgrade, working closely with IT, business users, and Sector to ensure project delivery.
• Lead and coordinate finance – related digital transformation initiatives and project management activities, including project planning, timeline management, UAT, process documentation, and post- implementation support.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, analysis, and other documentations required for management reporting and statutory compliance
• Review contracts and related documents to ensure all required approvals and obtained in accordance with company’s DOA, and verify compliance with internal policies.
• Partner with EHS/Sector and relevant functions to coordinate ESG reporting activities, ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timely submission of ESG data
• Manage company seal, ensuring proper authorization, usage control, record maintenance, and compliance with internal governance requirements.
• Prepare, review and submit required reports to the statistic bureau and other government authorities in accordance with regulatory requirements and reporting deadlines.
• Support on other accounting & reporting requirements and projects 职位要求：
• Fluent in English and Chinese in both Written and speaking
• Bachelors’ degree in Business, Finance or Accounting;
• 8+ relevant financial accounting experience;
• Understanding of financial accounting policies;
• Experience leading digital transformation and finance system implementation project
• Strong analytical skills and business/financial acumen & Advanced Knowledge of business and industry;
• Attention to detail, with high standards of accuracy and review;
• Highly self-motivated, ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task project environment. Differentiating Competencies Required
