What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, preferably with managerial or supervisory experience.
- Experience in garment or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Cash Flow, and Financial Analysis.
- Good understanding of inventory accounting, production costs, COGS, and variance analysis.
- Good knowledge of taxation and applicable financial regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
