Accounting Manager

Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly, interim, and annual consolidated financial statements, management reports, budgets and financial forecasts under HKFRS/IFRS across multi-jurisdictional entities, along with variance analysis
• Assist in corporate transactions and HKEX Listing Rules compliance, including supporting the preparation of required announcements, circulars, and disclosures
• Oversee corporate tax compliance, planning, and statutory tax filings for Hong Kong and US operations
• Lead interim and annual audit processes by serving as the primary liaison with external auditors, independent property valuers, and external professional advisors
• Assist in implementation of internal control policies and handle internal control audit
• Guide and supervise accounting clerk on daily accounting operations and payments
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements :

• HKICPA or equivalent professional qualification, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in listed company (small & mid-cap preferred) or sizable accounting firm; real estate industry experience is a plus
• Solid experience in preparing consolidated reports and handling full sets of accounts
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, standards, and regulations
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
• Well-organized, self-motivated and a good team player
• Responsible and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Immediately available highly preferred
