Accounting Manager

Job Responsibility:

• Manage and supervise the overall Accounting Department operations.
• Monitor daily financial transactions, hotel revenue, and cash flow.
• Oversee Income Audit, Receiving, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost Control.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and financial analysis.
• Ensure all accounting activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Monitor budgeting, expenses, and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Accounting team.
• Support Management in financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in hospitality/hotel/F&B.
• Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and cost control.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPh & VAT), BPJS, and regulatory compliance.
• Experienced in preparing monthly & annual financial statements accurately and on time.
• Familiar with VHP Property Management System (PMS).
• Experience in pre-opening projects is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
