Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Hotel Accounting Manager to oversee the hotel’s accounting and financial operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, regulatory compliance, and efficient management of the hotel’s accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, financial transactions, and reporting.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and cash flow.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Monitor revenues, expenses, inventory, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and other applicable regulations.
• Maintain effective internal controls and coordinate audits.
• Review payroll-related accounting and employee expenses.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate accounting staff.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and confidential handling of financial records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience; hospitality/hotel experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
