Accounting Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support accounting operations including AR, AP, GL and Fixed Assets.
• Coordinate and support J-SOX compliance and internal control documentation.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of payment vouchers.
• Control month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Review and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports to the parent company.
• Review and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Manage and control the annual budget and update it according to scheduled timelines.
• Ensure tax compliance including VAT, withholding tax, excise tax and corporate income tax.
• Manage and supervise the accounting team and daily accounting operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or higher.
• At least 5 years of accounting manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and accounting systems.
• Team-oriented with ability to coach and provide guidance to junior staff
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare financial reports for management.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.

Knowledge Requirement :

• Good English Reading, Writing and Speaking Skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel other MS Office applications
• Familiarity with international quality standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
