Accounting Manager

Participate to monthly, quarterly and annual financial close reporting process

Prepare/review balance sheet and profit or loss accounts reconciliations including intercompany account transactions, accruals and deferral analysis and posting of journal entries

Review cash in bank reconciliations

Prepares necessary adjusting entries to ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts

Assists on the analysis of fixed assets and Inventory schedules i.e. provision for obsolescence, inventory valuation, estimated credit losses, CAPEX useful life and depreciation runs

Reviews accounts payable/receivable entries and payment/collection processing for shared services entities as maybe assigned

Assists on the preparation of schedules and supporting documents for management reporting, internal and external audits.

Review financial statements and ensure compliance with filing deadlines.

Liaise with external auditors

Prepare/ review schedules supporting the Regulatory Reporting  and other adhoc regulatory reporting requests

Review, submits and ensures payments of BIR taxes, local business and real property taxes on or before deadlines

Participate in and support various projects and continuous improvement efforts across the accounting organization

Ensure compliance with Global Accounting Manual

Support development of cost control and budgeting strategies
