ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Accounting Manager (CPA) to oversee the company's accounting operations and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and the efficient management of accounting processes across our dialysis centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company and its dialysis centers.

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, management reports, and other accounting reports.

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintenance of accounting records.

• Manage the preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial projections.

• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll-related accounting, and general ledger activities.

• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government regulatory requirements.

• Review tax computations, tax filings, and other statutory reports.

• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies as needed.

• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management to support business decisions.

• Supervise, train, and evaluate the Accounting Team.

• Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of financial records.

• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Experience in healthcare, hospital, or dialysis operations is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

• Willing to work on-site and oversee accounting operations across multiple dialysis centers, when required.
