Accounting Manager

About the role

Responsible for budget planning, financial statement preparation, accounting system management, and internal audit to ensure effective cash flow management and maximize the efficient utilization of the company's financial resources.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage accounting documentation and budget planning
• Prepare cash flow statements
• Prepare the company's annual budget
• Prepare balance sheets and income statements
• Manage and oversee the accounting system
• Manage and control the fixed asset management system
• Analyze business and financial performance
• Manage and oversee the tax system
• Prepare and submit financial statements to the parent company
• Develop internal audit plans aligned with external audit requirements

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or internal audit
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting management
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Valid CPD certification
• Strong skills in strategic planning, data analysis, coordination, monitoring and follow-up, decision-making, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Flow Account and other accounting software will be considered an advantage
• Ability to communicate in Chinese or English
