Accounting Manager

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to lead the Accounting team and oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, accounting operations, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department.
• Oversee GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with PFRS, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Oversee tax filing and coordinate with external auditors and government agencies.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
• Develop and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• CPA license is required
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role
• Accounting Supervisors with strong leadership experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, PFRS, and internal controls
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
