Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Accounting Manager to oversee the company’s day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. The role will lead the accounting team, strengthen financial processes and controls, and partner with business leaders to support sound financial decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience managing teams and working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations , including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, billing, collections, and financial reconciliations.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing process , ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial reports.
• Review and analyze financial statements, management reports, and account schedules to identify variances, trends, and potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, tax requirements, and internal controls .
