They are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accounting Manager to support our financial operations, help scale accounting processes, and ensure the integrity of financial reporting as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Controller with all aspects of financial reporting and month-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist in developing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve financial accuracy and efficiency
• Support ERP system enhancements and process automation projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus)
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in private or public industry
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and standard costing
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
