Accounting Manager

• Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and management reports; provide recommendations to Top Management for decision-making.
• General Accounting: Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliation, adjusting entries, and preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements.
• Accounting Controls & Compliance: Ensure accuracy, completeness, integrity, and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations.
• Accounts Payable & Disbursements: Review AP aging, monitor overdue accounts, and approve check vouchers prior to authorization.
• Inventory & Service Operations: Review inventory reports and variances, ensure proper adjustments, and monitor service repair orders (ROs) and their timely closure.
• Payroll/Commission & Transactions: Review and approve commission computations and other accounting transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Budget Management: Prepare annual and monthly departmental budgets, monitor actual performance against budget, and provide variance analysis and recommendations.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: Review BIR tax returns, SEC requirements, business permits, and other statutory filings to ensure timely and accurate compliance.
• Audit & Financial Statements: Coordinate and support the preparation and audit of the Audited Financial Statements (AFS).
• Policies & Procedures: Develop and recommend accounting policies, controls, and procedures, and monitor compliance across operating units.
• Team Management: Manage and oversee the accounting team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in relevant training and professional development activities and implement process improvements.
• Management Support: Provide unit representation when required and perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by Management.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
