As the company continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Accounting Manager to take ownership of our accounting operations, ensure compliance with Thai accounting and tax regulations, manage both local and international financial activities, and continuously improve our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s day-to-day accounting operations.
• Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
• Monitor and control accounting transactions to ensure accurate and timely recording of revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• Ensure the correct issuance of Tax Invoices, Receipts, Credit Notes, and other financial documents.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate tax filings, including VAT (PP.30), Withholding Tax (PND.1, PND.3, PND.53), and other applicable tax submissions.
• Maintain accurate purchase and sales tax reports and supporting documentation.
• Manage supplier payments, customer collections, outstanding balances, and payment schedules.
• Handle and coordinate international bank transfers, foreign currency payments, and cross-border financial transactions.
• Work with banks, payment providers, suppliers, and business partners in different countries to ensure accurate and timely international payments.
• Monitor exchange rates, transfer fees, payment confirmations, and supporting documents related to international transactions.
• Supervise payroll processing, employee-related payments, and social security contributions.
• Liaise with external accounting firms, auditors, banks, tax authorities, and relevant government agencies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the CEO and management team.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis.
• Develop and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, reporting processes, and financial workflows.
• Supervise and support members of the accounting team.
• Work closely with international teams and departments across different countries, including Sales, Reservations, Operations, Finance, and Management.
• Communicate effectively with overseas colleagues, suppliers, partners, and service providers in a professional English-speaking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management-level accounting role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Experience handling international payments, foreign currency transactions, or cross-border financial operations is highly preferred.
• Experience working with international teams, overseas suppliers, or multinational business operations is an advantage.
• Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency with modern accounting and ERP systems such as SAP, PEAK, or similar platforms.
• Highly technology-oriented, a fast learner, and comfortable adopting new systems, software, and digital processes.
• Experience with automation tools, AI-powered solutions, or process optimization technologies is a strong advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate confidently with international teams, banks, suppliers, auditors, and business partners.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and growing business environment.
