Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager role plays a key part in cost control, budgeting, financial forecasting, and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing operation in Saraburi. The position provides financial analysis and recommendations to senior management while supporting effective cost and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost standards for materials and labour
• Prepare budgets and cost estimates for various business lines
• Analyse production costs and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts
• Prepare budget reports and financial forecasts for the managing director
• Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to approved plans
• Coordinate and implement audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Provide recommendations to senior management to improve cost efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting
• Proven experience as a cost controller, cost accountant, or in a related role
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to colleagues without a financial background
• Ability to draft and review contracts in English
• Excellent written English skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with senior management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
