Accounting Manager

Role & Responsibility

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, AR, AP, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.

• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

Qualification

• Bachelor/ Master of Accounting
• At least 5 years of work experiences in Accounting (AP/AR/GL/Tax)
• 3-5 years experiences of Managing team and subordinates
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with creating financial statements
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
• Good command of spoken & written English (Work closely with Japanese Expat)
• Experience with ERP software, especially SAP, is an advantage.
• CPD license is a plus
• Open minded, strong leadership and motivational skill
