Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Handle the full set of accounts, including accounting schedules, bank reconciliations, and cash flow projections.
• Reporting: Prepare timely monthly management and financial reports.
• Audit & Compliance: Assist external auditors with annual audits and taxation matters, ensuring strict compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Support management with ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as required.

Requirements

• Education & Qualification: Degree in Accounting or a related discipline, with a professional qualification (HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant accounting experience, with a solid background in the F&B or hotel industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (including POS, Procurement, and Accounting software). Knowledge of Xero (Cloud Accounting) is highly preferred.
• Core Competencies: Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and meticulous with a high level of accuracy.
• Availability: Immediate availability is an advantage.
