Accounting Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth operation of the daily accounting functions and reconciliation of necessary transactions;
• Maintain proper accounting records and procedures;
• Responsible for year-ended audit and legal filing for the company with auditor and company secretary;
• Properly manage the Account Payable and Account Receivable transactions;
• Prepare business analysis reports for management purpose;
• Manage all financial reporting, including but not limited to Month-end closing / financial reporting /profit and loss report / aging report / budget report;
• Manage the financial control of the School, and to closely monitor the budget cost spending of the School;
• Take a proactive role in making suggestions to management from the accounting and business perspectives.

Essential Qualities

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• 5-year or above relevant working experience, CPA preferred;
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems;
• Good management and leadership skills potential;
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Short notice is highly preferred.
