Accounting Manager

Who We Are

Thai Tank Terminal Limited is a fully integrated service provider specializing in the storage and handling of petroleum, petrochemical, and liquid chemical products. The company is located in the Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Rayong Province.

The company is a joint venture among leading organizations: PTT Tank Terminal, Royal Vopak of the Netherlands, and Gulf Development. It has extensive experience and expertise in managing liquid storage terminals, jetties, pipeline systems, and related logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure the accuracy of general ledger transactions.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Review and control general ledger accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
• Prepare and manage financial reports, financial statements, and ad hoc reports for management and board meetings.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents for financial transactions.
• Analyze and resolve complex accounting issues and provide support to related departments.
• Coordinate with finance team members to support overall department objectives.
• Monitor accounting processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal control.
• Support tax compliance, tax planning, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Conduct project cost analysis and support financial analysis activities.
• Supervise, coach, and develop accounting team members.
• Support training and development processes in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting.
• At least 8 years of experience in accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, tax compliance, and general ledger management.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Thai Accounting Standards is required.
• Good leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• TOEIC score of 600 or above is preferred.
• Able to work in Bangkok and travel regularly to Rayong, or be based in Rayong
