Accounting Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ladger entries
• Examining expenses submitted by employees
• Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable
• Creating company financial reports with the above information included
• Analysing data collected in order to determine the state of the company's financial health
• Analysing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue
• Examining the proficiency of the software programs used to organize data
• Generating financial reports that display the company's profits, equity and cash flow

Job Requirements:

• Work experience as an Accounting Manager
• Excellent knowledge of accounting law, regulations and procedures ( Κ.Φ.Σ.)
• Good knowledge of MY DATA procedures
• Very good knowledge of payroll and labor issues
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and monitoring of third-party warehouses
• Experience in import and export procedures for goods in the EU and thrid countries
• Hands-on experience with ERP Systems ( ENTERSOFT, SOFTONE,PYLON), Payroll ( EPSILON, DATA COMMUNICATION)
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• First Class Accountant License
