What they need
Responsibilities
- Handle all PRC accounting and tax issues of the Group
- Participate in system implementation / enhancement related to Finance to ensure that the system setting and reporting align with the accounting requirements
- Liaise with banks, auditor, tax authorities and external business partners as required
- Handle ad-hoc assignments/ projects as required
- Occasional travel to PRC is required
Requirements
- University graduate with HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications
- At least 6 years' experience in audit, financial and management reporting
- Exposure in PRC property management industry is highly preferred
- Work independently under minimal guidance, self-motivated, capable to handle tight timeline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
