QUALIFICATIONS

• MALE / FEMALE NOT MORE THAN 40 YEARS OLD
• BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTANCY / ACCOUNTING.
• CPA IS AN ADVANTAGE BUT NOT REQUIRED.
• AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE, WITH 2 YEARS IN A SUPERVISORY OR MANAGERIAL LEVEL.
• STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES, FINANCIAL REPORTING, TAXATION, AND GOVERNMENT COMPLIANCE (BIR, SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG).
• EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, GENERAL LEDGER, PAYROLL, INTERNAL AUDIT, BANK RECONCILIATION, AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.
• EXPERIENCE IN LOGISTICS, TRANSPORTATION, CONSTRUCTION, OR HEAVY EQUIPMENT INDUSTRY IS AN ADVANTAGE.
• STRONG LEADERSHIP, ANALYTICAL, AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
• ORGANIZED, DETAIL-ORIENTED, TRUSTWORTHY, AND ABLE TO MEET DEADLINES.
• ABLE TO SUPERVISE THE ACCOUNTING TEAM AND ENSURE ACCURATE AND TIMELY FINANCIAL REPORTS.
