Accounting Manager

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in Bangkok. You'll report to the Finance Director and take ownership of financial operations across our group entities — a hands-on role with real international exposure across multiple markets and currencies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting across group entities in Thailand, Singapore, Europe, and the UK
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management accounts
• Handle multi-currency transactions and intercompany reconciliations
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable — supplier payments, partner invoicing, and revenue reconciliation
• Reconcile POS and eCommerce sales data against bank settlements and payment gateway reports (Stripe, PayPal, Payplug)
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors across jurisdictions
• Support payroll processing with external providers
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior leadership

About you

• Thai national with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally with some multi-entity exposure
• Strong English — written and spoken — essential
• Solid understanding of VAT/GST; curious and eager to develop knowledge of European and UK tax compliance
• Experience with ERP or accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, Xero, or similar)
• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing deadlines across multiple markets
• Background in retail, sports, fashion, or consumer businesses (good to have)
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and payment gateway reconciliation (good to have)
• CPA qualification or in progress (good to have)
